Tibetan Prayer Wheel
Prayer wheels are sacred objects that decorate temples and households throughout the Himalayas. They are generally inscribed with the prayer “Om Mani Padme Hum” the highest mantra for mankind that will protect us from all forms of suffering, harm and ill health. Inside the prayer wheel is the same prayer on a paper scroll repeated hundreds of times. When the wheel is spun, it will send out thousands of prayers in all directions. It is believed that this will spread peace, happiness and spiritual blessings in all directions.
