These unique cymbals are used by the Tibetan Buddhist culture. They are used for an array of different purposes including meditation, puja and sound healing. Puja is a daily tradition that uses sound, incense, imagery and chanting to bestow the blessings of the deity they are praying to into their home and family. Tingsha's come in a variety of qualities, these are comprised out of 2 metals and would be considered normal quality.
